It is with regret that we inform you that Valerie Best recently passed away on 25th November 2023, after a long illness.

Valerie lived in Douglas Road, Tonbridge for over 60 years and will be fondly remembered by many as the Lollipop Lady in Brook Street and also from Tonbridge Mens Working Club.

Anyone that remembers Valerie is welcome to attend her funeral at the crematorium on 21st December but it was Mum's wishes for family flowers only and for donations to be made to the Hospice in the Weald. Please kindly click on the link to donate.
